2. If you have chosen an option that includes the use of our custom yard signs, one will be mailed or delivered to you in approximately 5 business days. You will receive the custom yard sign advertising your home is for sale by owner to local traffic. You will also receive a “tag along” placard displaying your contact phone number, directional and open house signs. We urge you to be aware of city and neighborhood ordinances regarding sign placement and accept responsibility for their use.
   
3. If you receive a sign with a post, you must somehow indicate with a stake, yard marker, spray paint or some other obvious means, the “safe” location for placement of our custom yard post and sign. This location must be “safe and free from underground utilities.” ShowAndSellNow.com does not accept any responsibility for any type of damage that may occur to any type of underground utilities resulting from the placement of yard post and signs*.
   
4. Signs with posts or metal frames remain the property of ShowAndSellNow.com and are provided for your “use” while your home is being advertised on the ShowAndSellNow.com website.
