“tag-along” placard which will display your telephone number, a directional sign and an open house sign.

Yard signs* will be delivered or mailed to you in approximately 5 business days after placing your on-line advertisement. If you receive a yard sign* with a post or metal frame, please know that these items are the property of ShowAndSellNow.com and are for your use throughout the duration of your advertising term. Once you sell your home, take it off the market, or list with a real estate professional, you need to contact us by email and we’ll arrange for pick up of the sign*, post or frame.

There are no refunds. Our expenses are incurred once your advertisement is activated, so no refunds are available. Please note that we are not real estate professionals and we receive nothing in the way of commission from either the home seller or the home buyer. We are here simply to assist you in advertising your home to a broader audience.
